The Subversive Heart of Sydney Cabaret

The Bedlam Cabaret was created to generate a paid opportunity for new and emerging artists to share stage and space with established Sydney performers from across the arts spectrum.

Here we entertained, honed our crafts, discovered new connections, build networks and made a little magic for Bedlam audiences. In the past the we’ve hosted artists from opera, circus, burlesque, music, comedy, theatre and performance art.

The cabaret series was curated by Robbi James and Goldele Rayment and hosted some of Sydney’s most creative cabaret and performance art.
