About

Rogue Projects is an award-winning independent theatre and film producer based in Sydney’s vibrant inner west. We’ve been around since 2015, with our first productions produced under our first name, Company of Rogues. Today, ‘The Rogues’ are busy making art with a commitment to…

INVISIBLE ARTISTS

The Rogues seek out great talent, we nurture it, and we hold the door open for the artists without opportunity.

Rogue Projects is committed to creating opportunity not just for emerging artists, but for artists that the creative industry cannot see. We do this with inclusive hiring policies, a commitment to audition at least 50% of all roles in our work, and by actively seeking artists who have demonstrated talent and skill but for reasons beyond their control have not been afforded the opportunities some of us take for granted.

UNTOLD STORIES

The Rogues look for new and old stories that are not on our stages, we foster relationships with new and established writers, and we seek out opportunities to help them develop new work.

We do this by developing long term collaborations, competitive and inclusive EOI processes, and maintaining an open door policy to any artist seeking to develop their art and craft. We welcome expressions of interest at any time of year for any project committed to the pursuit of excellence.
